Best sunscreens - update

Hi again.
It's been a really long time since I updated this blog. I still roll every now and then, but that's just one of the things that can benefit the skin.
I still maintain my opinion that the #1 thing you can do to keep your skin looking younger for longer is to use a sunscreen on a daily basis. That doesn't mean applying it once a day. It means applying it every 2 hours as long as you're under the sun. It has been shown time and time again, that UV rays are responsible for early skin aging, wrinkles and dark spots.

In my previous post, I gave you a list of my 5 top creams (and not just creams) for keeping yourself protected from the sun. This was a long time ago, and since then I have discovered other creams, and now I have two new favorites that I want to share with you.

#1: Anthelios XL from La Roche-Posay, france.
Keeping it short, this is one of the best face sunscreens I've ever used. It's light-weight, hardly leaves any mark, absorbs quickly into the skin and the smell is delicate. It's also very high broad spectrum (UVA + UVB), and BTW, there are all sorts of products int he Anthelios line of sunscreens. I have used only this one but I'm sure the others are just as good.

#2: Protect+Hydrate from Aveeno
Anthelios was my favorite sunscreen until this one came along. It's gentle, fast absorbing, leaves absolutely no trace other than a healthy shine. Its gentle smell is great and the added oatmeal soothes the skin.

So, do yourself a favor and start this habit of making sunscreen your best friend. Your skin will return the favor.
